Sunday snacks: On being deserving, getting better and having Ideas

Hey Friends, hope you are doing good! 👋🏼

Here are some interesting Ideas I Found last week.

You know yourself mostly by your thoughts. Everyone else in the world knows you only by your actions". Remember this when you feel misunderstood. You have to do or say something for others to know how you feel and what you wanna say, that’s the first step.

A problem-solving strategy: If you’re stuck, shift up a level or two (think bigger picture) or down a level or two (think finer details). Many problems are solvable at different levels.

Merely believing you deserve something doesn’t make it a reality… but believing you don’t deserve something will prevent you from trying. Most people are capable of more than they believe. Confidence won’t automatically get you results, but self-doubt sets it impossible.

Your 1st Article will be bad, but your 1000th will be great. Your 1st sketch will be Terrible, but your 1000th will be Astronomical. Your 1st song will be noise, but your 1000th will be composed. Put in your reps. Get the first 1000 out of the way as fast as you can.

I Recently read this quote by Paul Graham, It says,

If you want to have good ideas, you must have many ideas.

And this is so true. New ideas comes by compunding of many Ideas you have came across earlier.

I recently read a snippet about Practice, A Subtle, but Effective one From James Clear. He says,

Practice is the price you pay today to be better tomorrow.

The leverages in 21st-century for businesses are:

  • Code
  • Labor
  • Media
  • Capital
  • Content

The 21st-century businesses: individuals.

Combining the two:

Use code, labor, media, capital, and content to turn yourself into a business.

That's it! Hope these were insightful! Until next week,
